Recommendation Number Two
Little Snapper solves a problem.
Whether you’re looking to gather some examples for your design team or gather a little creative inspiration for yourself there needs to be a method to the mayhem. It would be a waste of time to blindly click around the internet searching for that perfect example of how to layout those news posts. Mass-bookmarking sites can easily get out of hand. I’ve lost track of the minutes or hours I’ve spent clicking around design galleries trying to find that great site I saw last month. LittleSnapper from Realmac Software is the perfect solution for keeping an easy to organize index of web pages or images handy whenever an inspiration fix is needed.
It is easy to use.
The overall look and feel of this “apple-cation” exceeds all expectation I have for 3rd party developed Mac apps. Quickly capturing screenshots and organizing them into folders or smart folders based on ratings or tags couldn’t be easier.

It looks great.
I’ve honestly deleted applications before because I just don’t like the way they look. As a designer, I appreciate it when the tools I use are attractive. All the icons, animations, and attention to details make this application fun to use. Looking good, Billy Ray! Feeling good, Louis!
The price is more than fair.
I downloaded Little Snapper at the end of a work day and happily spent the rest of the evening gather and organizing my all my little snaps. The decision to buy this app was an easy one, especially when I saw the $39.00 price tag. Let’s just hope Realmac doesn’t send me an invoice for the dollar value of the time they’ve saved me.

Trent,
I’ve been tooling around the internet and just wanted to say that if anyone you know is still looking for LittleSnapper, it’s part of a really cheap software bundle being offered at MacHeist for the next few days.

Joe, I did make it over there to purchase that in time… Not sure what I’m going to do with all the app-goodness just yet… Thanks for the tip.
Anyone heard of an equivilent for PC users?
My only issue is synching between two computers. It’s kind of a pain. Otherwise it’s a really lovely little piece of software.
